Wow! Has it been almost a year since I last set fingers to keyboard on this page? I'm afraid I got caught up with other matters that consumed my time, and my media law blog fell by the wayside. Not quit gone, however, and definitely not forgotten.
It seems fitting to get rolling this week, with the Libby trial starting. And what better way to get started than by sharing some good news. Especially for the Times.
