In a show of political---if not piscatorial--support, another Clearwater business owner has erected a mural of a cartoon lampooning city officials for their actions regarding the fish mural and First Amendment banner.
According to a story in The Tampa Tribune, the balloon comments quote statements actually made by the depicted city officials.
