First the Special Prosecutors, ...
Check out Mark Jurkowitz's Don't Quote Me column, Journalism's Next Big Battle, in the August 12 edition of The Boston Phoenix. Mark looks at the plight of the four reporters held in contempt for refusing to reveal sources during discovery in Wen Ho Lee's civil Privacy Act suit against various federal agencies (see below at August 2, "Worried?" and June 28, "More Than Disappointing Days"), and notes the concerns of First Amendment advocates that "this case will do more damage to investigative journalism than anything that comes out of the Plame probe."
